Nightly Update 04/10 Flags and Tags
Tonight's update will add the Flagging feature which allows leads to be flagged for action without setting a specific reminder.
Examples of this would be:
"Send Corporate Gifts Information"
"Call To Arrange Meeting"
These are especially useful when you are transferring ownership of the lead from one person to another, which is something you can now do from the activity form.

Nightly Update 03 October 2007
Tonight we will be pushing the new exchange sync functions.
With this update SaleMiner now has complete and bi-directional integration with Microsoft Exchange for Contacts and Reminders/Appointments. The system will now also display your outlook appointments in the calendar view and the mini-cal on the add appointment form.
This update marks the end of the primary phase of our Exchange integration providing a way of seamlessly syncing the SaleMiner information with information available in outlook/exchange.
Notes
- Items marked as personal or private in outlook will only be viewed by the owner
- Outlook only calendar items are displayed with a purple flash
- SaleMiner contacts are displayed with a red flash
- If you open an outlook only appointment in SaleMiner and assign a lead the appointment will become a SaleMiner appointment.

Pre launch development ramp
Well there has been a lot of feedback from our last private alpha. Most people agree that the system is the ideal tool for small business and have been very helpful in providing bug reports and suggestions. Over the next few weeks we'll be ramping up the development efforts to fix/implement all of the bugs/suggestions.
To help with this we will be pushing an update to the system every night at 1130pm. For those night owls out there you may notice a brief period of downtime (1-5mins) while the update is being pushed.
I will be posting updates to the blog so you can keep track of the features and bugs fixed in each update.
